Peter has firmly established himself as a preeminent authority in Asian-led cross-border acquisitions within the industrial technology sector. He has played a pivotal role in a number of successful and complex investments, including Preciseley Microtechnology Corp (exited to Hankook Tyre & Technology), Telit's Automotive Communications Business, Brookstone (exited to SanPower Group), and Exocad (exited to Carlyle).
He holds an MBA from Stanford University and a MSc in Computer Science from TUM, Germany.
