Justin joined the Kirkham Group in 1995. The Kirkham Group is involved in multiple real estate, asset, and engineering- related businesses in Asia.
Justin has led the transition of the Group through acquisitions and disposals from being focused on distribution and service of engineering and mechanical and electrical products and services through to sustainable technology-based services and solutions.
As the founding employee and CEO of Kaer Pte Ltd and the Kaer Group, Justin has expanded Kaer to become Southeast Asia’s first provider of financially and sustainably responsible solutions for air conditioning assets and scaled Kaer’s operations in Asia.
Justin revolutionized Kaer’s business with the conceptualization and launch of Kaer Air; the world’s first model supplying “air” as a service. Heralded as one of the top breakthrough business models globally. By leveraging Kaer’s state-of-the-art engineering and technology capabilities, Kaer delivers groundbreaking sustainability and financial returns, and new asset solutions for landowners, developers, investors and managers. Justin now leads the expansion and growth of Kaer’s portfolio of assets supplying Cooling as a Service (CaaS) throughout Asia.
Outside his role at Kaer, Justin is a Director of the Singapore based lifestyle focused Emerald Hill Group and has been an active member of YPO, a global leadership organization of 35,000 members. Justin has served as a Director of the YPO Global Board 2017 – 2020, on several of the Global Board Sub-Committee’s and prior to his board service, in a variety of leadership roles for YPO internationally, regionally and within the Singapore Chapter, including as Chapter Chair in 2007.
Based and living in Singapore since 1995, Justin has a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Master of Laws (LLM).
