Jeff is the Market Development Leader for Consulting at Ernst & Young Advisory Services Limited, where he also leads the People Consulting practice. In his role, he focuses on helping clients deliver their organization’s vision by putting people at the center. He enables organizations to unlock their people’s full capabilities by combining an understanding of human behavior with business acumen and commercial sensibility, leading to concrete organizational outcomes. At EY, he is a prominent voice and thought leader in executive remuneration, board advisory, performance management, workforce strategy and organizational transformation. Jeff currently serves as the Chairman of the Manpower Committee of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce and sits on the Executive Committee at the Employers’ Federation of Hong Kong, among other advisory roles he holds.
